However, we understand that mistakes or damage can happen during shipping.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  1. Clear photos or videos of the product
  2. Order ID
  3. A short description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
